Our recent Policy Labs:

  • Policy Lab on AI and Regulation, held in London, March 2023

The Office for AI commissioned a Policy Lab in March 2023 to consider how the Government can support businesses across the AI lifecycle to adhere to the proposed regulatory principles. It brought together AI industry representatives, legal experts and researchers for a series of interactive sessions to consider the challenges of developing an effective regulatory regime, as well as aspirations, ambitions and practical ways forward.

This Lab brought various stakeholders to discuss issues around social inclusion and autonomous vehicles. The overarching topic was: how do we ensure that autonomous vehicles are designed, developed and deployed in order to benefit everyone?
