The TAS HUB: ‘LIVING WITH AI’ Podcast has been selected by Feedspot as one of the Top 50 UK AI podcasts on the web.
Professor Sarvapali (Gopal) Ramchurn, Director of the UKRI Trustworthy Autonomous Systems Programme, from the University of Southampton said:
“This is well deserved recognition. We would like to offer our congratulations to host Sean Riley, producer Stacha Hicks, previous producer Louise Male and the many brilliant and insightful guests that have joined us each season.”
The podcasts have already included 40 programmes which have been downloaded nearly 7,800 times, reaching six continents. They provide a useful source of reflective and interesting content for students, academics, professionals and anyone interested in understanding a bit more about the potential opportunities and challenges AI and robotics present to society and the environment.
It also reflects the role of the TAS Hub in helping to establish a collaborative platform for the UK to enable the development of socially beneficial autonomous systems that are both trustworthy in principle and trusted in practice by individuals, society, and government.
Professor Ramchurn continued: “For anyone who would like to hear more in-depth, topical discussion on subjects ranging from AI and Transport, Defence, Audio, Misinformation, the Arts, the Environment, the future of Supply Chains, TAS for Health and Social Care and many more, do have a listen.”
